Xplore for Success, founded in 2002 by Diana Ryall AM, offers gender equality expertise both within and externally to organisations and individuals. Over 90% of our work within organisations supports women to achieve their career aspirations as part of gender equality initiatives. More recently we have offered our career development programs in gender-mixed environments to support a broader definition of diversity and inclusion.
Our services fall into four broad categories. Firstly, keynote speaking to management on gender equality and how this can be supported within ther organisation or to groups of women to encourage them in achieving their career aspirations.
Secondly, career development programs offered at 4 levels from workforce entry to those women seeking a C-suite position. Over 11,000 women, and a few men, have graduated from our programs with confidence and skills to take their career to the next level. Our programs delivered by 15 Senior Associates across Australia to organisations including Amex, Australia Post, CBA, Lend Lease, NAB, Jones Lang Lasalle, JP Morgan, QBE, and Suncorp.
Thirdly, all of our senior associates hold qualifications in executive coaching and take on assignments from career advancement, managing maternity leave and managing workplace bias.
Fourthly, we offer a range of one day and half-day career workshops covering areas such as career readiness, communication, dealing with bias, and building awareness of personal bias.
Our services are tailored to the needs of our clients and new offerings, such as the Executive Women’s Program launched in 2014, are introduced regularly as the corporate workplace landscape continues to change.
