The uniqueness, and a major success factor of EEW, is that it brings together a small and intimate cohort of senior female participants, from a range of organisations across industry sectors.
The environment created fosters trust, allowing the participants to share their career aspirations and challenges, and learn from each other. Participants discuss and explore the key topics that will assist in accelerating their career progression.
Some sessions feature a guest speaker and every session provides valuable learning, activities for personal assessment, and time for group discussion.
