Angelina Eynon
Senior Associate
Angelina Eynon is a facilitator and coach with nearly 20 years experience of working in blue chip corporations and professional service firms in both Australia & the United Kingdom. The majority of her career has been in change management and communications consulting in-house in financial services, and more recently in leading international management consultancies (Accenture and PA Consulting).
Angelina is a Senior Associate with Xplore for Success, a Career Resiliency Program which teaches self-awareness, mentoring and networking skills to professionals, with an emphasis on women. Through Xplore, she has worked with organisations such as KPMG, Origin Energy, Super Partners & ANZ.
She also runs her own company - Positive Impact - which uses strengths-based and appreciative approaches to tap the sources of strength, creativity, 'real' thinking and dialogue between and within individuals, groups and organisations.
Angelina is a member of the International Positive Psychology Association (IPPA); the Australian Facilitators Network (AFN) and the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She has a B.A. in Literature (ANU) and a postgraduate degree in Communications. She is also accredited in DISC; Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (Whole Brain Thinking) and coaches and facilitates using the VIA Signature Strengths Survey. She attends weekly Positive Psychology teleconferences, regular master classes, and is an annual attendee of the Happiness & Its Causes Conference.
Angelina is married to David, Managing Director of his own successful building design practice. Together they learn about the important things in life through the eyes of their feisty young daughter, Imogen.
