Coach, facilitator and communications expert, Liane is a seasoned leader with an extensive career in marketing management spanning a wide range of industries including professional services, consumer products and automotive.

In a world where time to think is seen as a luxury, Liane is passionate about challenging individuals and organisations to stop and think - challenging past, present and potential, in order to create an effective future. Success is then predicated by how people connect with each other to enable effective and meaningful interactions.

Liane's commercially driven experience has seen her engage with a cross section of organisations, stakeholders and individuals from senior executives to first line managers. Engagements include business planning, brand strategy, strategic innovation, leadership strategy, assessment and development, media relations and communications strategies.

Her industry experience includes professional services, financial institutions, automotive, engineering, manufacturing & building, consumer products, advertising and media, and Government. She has worked with organisations and senior management from Jaguar Land Rover, Boral, Austral Bricks, CSR PGH, KPMG, Macquarie, Pfizer and the RTA to name but a few.

Liane also partners with a select number of well-respected leadership and communications consultancies to design and deliver programs both in Australia and overseas.

Currently, Liane is conducting research with organisations and women in regard to parental leave and increased retention and engagement of women at executive levels. She presented her initial findings at the 2009 Australasian Catalyst Coaching conference.

Liane has a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Mass Communications, an MBA majoring in marketing and is completing her Accreditation in Executive Coaching with IEC. She is accredited in numerous assessment and profiling tools including MBTI, DiSC, Hogan, HBDI and MsCEIT. Liane is also a guest lecturer at Advertising Federation of Australia's AdSchool, and is a member of the Australian Institute of Management.

Outside of work, Liane enjoys spending time with her family and friends whilst having fun with a golf club, on the water, seeing new sights, visiting galleries, watching very fast cars or sitting in a theatre.
