Lisa is an Associate of Xplore for Success providing services for our Canberra clients. Lisa lives in Canberra and works nationally providing consulting services in high-level facilitation for challenging conversations through workshops, executive coaching and governance assessments. Lisa works across all sectors - government, private and not-for-profit and is recognised for her distinctive and inclusive facilitation style and quality process design. She readily delivers outcomes that support decision-makers in the execution of their responsibilities for business clarity and performance enhancement for immediate and self-sustaining client benefit.
Lisa is committed to nurturing enduring relationships with her clients for short-intervention strategies. Her clients represent a range of organisations that typically have a national agenda including: ACT Government, Australian Film Commission Australian Federal Police, Australian Nursing Federation, Canberra University, Centrelink, Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Department of Health and Ageing, Family Courts of Australia, Medicare Australia, Murray Darling Basin Commission, Queensland Treasury and Rio Tinto.
Lisa's first career was in Defence and later as a senior executive with Deloitte Touché Tohmatsu. Her extensive middle and senior management expertise across small and large teams and relevant post-graduate qualifications support her well as a freelance management consultant.

As a motivated learner and provider of pro bono services as a mentor, coach and facilitator; Lisa's professional memberships include: AICD, AIMM, IEC, IPAA, APESMA, Alumni - UNSW, Flinders Uni and UNE and Harvard Club of Australia.
Lisa enjoys an active social life with her husband and two sons. They rigorously pursue outdoor interests within Canberra's surrounds - Lake Burley Griffin, south coast beaches and the Snowy Mountains.
