Senior Associate

Mirella is a facilitator, stakeholder engagement and change management specialist. She comes to Xplore with more than 20 years experience in working in and/or consulting with government, not for profit and the private sector on projects spanning various industries such as utilities, engineering, construction, insurance, manufacturing, retail, education health and children's services. Mirella has the ability to establish rapport across a wide range of stakeholder groups from diverse professional, cultural and linguistic backgrounds. Mirella leads projects with a focus on ensuring that the team and stakeholders feel valued and have the skills and opportunities for maximum contribution so as to achieve richer solutions for the project and organisation.

Mirella is known for and passionate about educating, involving and influencing people and is extremely committed to taking on the role as an Xplore facilitator where she will be working with individuals wanting to take the next step in their careers.

Mirella works as a sole trade as well as collaborates with a range of business partners to deliver - stakeholder engagement and relationship building strategies, business planning and team building days, facilitating meetings and workshops and building communication and engagement strategies around change.

Mirella has tertiary qualifications in Applied Science, Marketing and Organisational Behaviour and Change Management. She is also a qualified Company Director and holds the position of Director in a state wide not for profit organisation. Outside of work Mirella takes time out challenging her creative talents, travelling and spending time with family and friends.
