Margie Hartley is an executive coach and facilitator with specialist knowledge in self understanding, effective communication, presentation skills and career development. She has a multiplicity of experience and knowledge from a range of business fields.

Executive Coach -Clients include corporate and Government sector business at senior and middle leadership positions. Current contracts to Coaching Australia, Xplore for Success (American Express, Origin Energy, Dell, NAB, Commonwealth Bank) and the Reserve Bank of Australia .

Facilitator - Open, relaxed, flexible and effective style. Active and current client contact with Talkpoint, Sydney Water, Commonwealth Bank of Australia , American Express, Deloitte and others.

Margie has worked as a coach and facilitator and is passionate about assisting others by creating opportunities for greater self understanding.

•  Margie is an accredited DISC, Emotional Intelligence and MBTI provider and has completed coaching training at the Institute of Executive Coaching .

•  She has a relaxed and open style that creates excellent and effective result.

•  Success in a variety of fields has come with Margie's strong self-understanding. She relishes challenges and problem solving but most of all gains enormous satisfaction and enjoyment from interacting and learning from people.

Background - Prior to establishing herself as an executive coach and facilitator Margie was formerly the Director of the Melbourne International Comedy Festival, Margie has also worked in television as an executive producer, specialising in comedy, and in live entertainment as the national advertising and publicity manager for Michael Edgley International where she managed a ten million dollar advertising budget. Margie began her career in Book Publishing.
