Mim Bartlett

Senior Associate

Mim is a Facilitator, Executive Coach and Psychotherapist. She has over fourteen years experience working for several leading global consultancies facilitating leadership and teamwork programs within the corporate world. She has worked with organisations including ANZ, NAB, BankWest, Deloitte, Esanda, Motorola, Kodak, Alcatel- Lucent, Reuters, DHL and Cadbury. Mim has spent six years living and working in China, Hong Kong and Singapore and her exposure to different cultures, Chinese language fluency and experience in sales and marketing enable her to connect with a diverse group of people across many industries.

Mim is particularly focused on issues associated with women, leadership, careers and motherhood. She coaches women to develop self awareness, build confidence, understand their personal strengths and identify their values and purpose in life. Mim is interested in supporting women at all stages in their life journey including career development, managing change, enhancing their relationships, effective communication and stress management. She is passionate about work/life balance and the importance of caring for our emotional, physical and spiritual needs. Mim has an ability to build rapport and trust allowing her to motivate and challenge her clients.

Mim has facilitated Womens Groups in Singapore and Melbourne for over fourteen years. She also facilitates Women!s workshops and wellbeing retreats throughout Australia, mentors women internationally and has written a manual “How to set up Women!s Groups” which she markets through her website.

Mim Bartlett is a lawyer with a Law/Arts degree majoring in Chinese language from Melbourne University. She is a qualified psychotherapist with a Diploma in Gestalt Therapy - a relational and experiential therapy focusing on increasing self-awareness and exploring feelings. Mim is an Executive Coach having trained at the Institute of Executive Coaching. She is a member of the Australia and New Zealand Association of Gestalt Practitioners and the International Positive Psychology Association (IPPA).

She is accredited in DISC, uses the VIA Signature Strengths Survey in her work and continues her study in the areas of Positive Psychology and Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT). Mim combines this with her involvement in the Asylum Seekers Resource Centre and the Human Rights Film Festival.

Outside work, Mim has three boys who keep her young at heart and very active.
