Ruzika Soldo

Senior Associate

Ruzika has over 20 years experience in the private and public sector across a range of industries including international banking, insurance, superannuation, energy, infrastructure, transport, education and retail. Holding a number of senior learning and development, and organisational development/diversity roles, where she designed and delivered career and leadership workshops.

Ruzika brings a strong focus on assisting business and leaders to find an authentic way to engage with individuals and teams to the Xplore programs, providing coaching and development for individuals. She has both a strategic and highly pragmatic approach in her consulting. Establishing partnerships with clients to get a deep understanding of their business to enable both short-term outcomes as well as sustainable models for operating. Her experience encompasses culture change, organisational development, talent and diversity, development and career coaching.

Ruzika has a strong interest in corporate social responsibility and works on the management committee of Dress for Success Sydney helping disadvantaged women.

Ruzika has a completed a degree in Adult Education in Human Resource Development and Institute of Executive Coaching training. She is accredited to facilitate and coach individuals and organisations using DISC, LSI/GSI, leadership impact L/I and OCI/OEI techniques. Ruzika is a member of the Australian Human Resource Institute and Association of Professional Facilitators.
