Xplore’s Career Resilience program aims to assist professionals in making successful choices and creating strategies for a rewarding career and life.
The Career Resilience Program provides structured group sessions to develop and build on skills, debate a range of topics and introduce high profile guest speakers to share their experiences.
All participants have access to role models and are given opportunities for active dialogue with their peers. The program is tailored to small groups of individuals (limit 12), usually in early leadership positions with five or more years in the workplace. It involves eight sessions of three hours each over three months with ample opportunity for discussion and networking.
Two individual DISC profiles covering work behaviours and characteristics and leadership and management are included in the cost of the program. Email pre-work and follow-up further enhances this program.
