Program Summary
This inspiring group mentoring program is for professionals to develop themselves and their career resiliency skills. The career resiliency program provides structured group sessions to develop self-understanding, build on skills, debate a range of topics and introduce high profile guest speakers to share their experiences.
All participants have access to role models and are given opportunities for active dialogue with their peers. The program is tailored to small groups (limit 12), usually in leadership positions with approximately five or more years in the workplace. It involves seven sessions of three hours each over three months with ample opportunity for discussion and networking. Two individual DISC profiles are included in the cost of the program. Email pre-work and follow-up further enhances this program.
Xplore’s leaders bring to this program a wealth of experience and skills as well as facilitating the development of each participant’s personal goals and vision.
