Angelina Eynon is a coach and senior associate with over twenty years experience working with individuals and groups within blue-chip corporations, professional service firms, state and federal government departments, local councils and the not-for-profit sector, both in Australia and the United Kingdom.
She has run her own strengths-based business, Positive Impact, since 2003, and has partnered with Xplore for Success since 2005. Angelina was instrumental in the development of the first Advanced Career Resilience program. She has delivered Advanced and Career Resilience programs and executive coaching within organisations such as Australia Post, Origin Energy, KPMG, Commonwealth Bank, ANZ, Deloitte and Superpartners.
Angelina is a former management consultant with Accenture in Australia and PA Consulting in the United Kingdom. She also worked in-house for NAB and ANZ, and has consulted to Bosch, Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations (DEEWR), Department of Human Services (DHS), Origin Energy, Superpartners, Australian Taxation Office, MLC, Child Support Agency, KPMG, British Airways and various metropolitan and shire councils.
She was one of the first Australian coaches to become an accredited Realise2 Strengths Practitioner (Centre for Applied Positive Psychology, UK). She is also accredited in DISC and HBDI.
Angelina has a BA in Literature and Politics (ANU) and a postgraduate degree in communications. She is completing a Graduate Diploma in Psychology. She also has a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and a Certificate IV in Workplace Coaching.
Angelina lives in Melbourne with her daughter, Imogen and husband, David. She is an active volunteer in her daughter’s school and sporting communities.
