Mim Bartlett is a facilitator, executive coach and psychotherapist. She has over fourteen years experience working for several leading global consultancies facilitating leadership and teamwork programs within the corporate world. She has worked with organisations including Suncorp, NAB and Deloitte. Mim has also spent six years living and working in China, Hong Kong and Singapore, ensuring her keen appreciation of cultural diversity. Fluent in Chinese, Mim’s experience working for various multinational companies in law, sales and marketing ensures her strong foundation to connect with a range of people across various industries.

Mim inspires and supports personal transformation and authentic leadership, empowering individuals to be their best possible selves, and to lead with greater confidence. She coaches executives to develop self-awareness, build confidence, understand their personal strengths and identify their values and purpose in life. Mim is passionate about work/life integration and the importance of caring for our emotional, physical and spiritual needs. Mim has an ability to build rapport and trust allowing her to motivate and challenge her clients.

Mim holds a double Law/Arts degree from Melbourne University, with a Major in Mandarin Chinese language. Mim has worked at King and Wood Mallesons in Melbourne and ABN AMRO (in-house) in Singapore. She also worked in sports marketing and sales/marketing in consumer goods for six years in Hong Kong, Singapore and China. She is a qualified Gestalt psychotherapist and has executive coach and ACT qualifications.

Mim is one of the 2015 winners of the Australian Financial Review and Westpac 100 Women of Influence Awards. She is deeply involved in social justice work as an advocate, fundraiser and mentor with several not-for-profit organisations including the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre and the Human Rights Art and Film Festival.
