Purpose

Our 2021 Australian Indigenous ‘Purpose and Passion’ Cultural Trip has been specially curated to provide our female travellers with a unique opportunity to experience life, community and work - and most importantly learn - from our First Nations leaders and communities. We combine this with exploring the raw beauty and vastness of Western Australia, as we respectfully visit on these ancient lands. Our hope is to elevate our travellers’ understanding of Australia’s Indigenous culture and to ignite their own passions and purpose. Your host for this trip is Amanda Webb, CEO of Xplore for Success.

The Western Australian Aboriginal Leadership Institute (WAALI) is our charity partner for the trip. WAALI is an independent, not-for-profit organisation based in Perth, with the purpose of inspiring and supporting Aboriginal people to take up leadership opportunities to strengthen their families and communities.
