Jessica Symes Toomey

Jessica is a highly skilled executive coach and facilitator working in the field of leadership and career development with a passion for realising potential. Jessica holds a Master of Applied Science, Psychology of Coaching from The University of Sydney, a Bachelor of Communications, Theatre and Media, from Charles Sturt University, Bathurst and a Graduate Diploma in Directing from The National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA).

Over the last 15 years, Jessica has worked across a varied range of industries and sectors across Asia Pacific and is dedicated to delivering results for her clients through a strengths-based approach to development. Jessica works with cohorts at various stages of their career from graduates and early career to senior and C-suite executives.

Jessica partners with large-scale global services organisations to deliver leadership program and learning interventions that are evidence based and grounded in science to achieve positive people and culture objectives and targets for the organisation.

Jessica’s current passion is in career development and is currently working with clients in markets in Europe and the Americas to deliver exciting and innovating approaches to science-based career development.
