Leesa has worked as a program facilitator and coach with the Xplore team for over two years and enjoys helping leaders learn and grow through active self-enquiry and reflective learning experiences.
Leesa is an IECL Accredited Executive Coach, Career Transition Specialist, and Talent and Organisational Development Professional who has worked with many C-suite leaders, executives and their teams, leveraging a wide variety of coaching modalities, frameworks and assessments. Her ability to establish trust, create safe and fertile spaces for personal growth and transformation are just a few of her key strengths.
Leesa began her career in banking and finance over three decades ago in sales and customer service. Her commercial nous, learning agility and skill as a people leader were quickly identified and her career accelerated. Her passion for all things people and culture soon followed. In recent years, Leesa has held several senior leadership and executive roles, spearheading organisational change programs across a wide variety of sectors, including telecommunications, property, insurance, government, education, IT, and health.
Leesa’s deep knowledge of positive psychology, neuroscience and systems intelligence allows her to guide program participants to understand, test and apply newly acquired knowledge, and skills. She finds a deep sense of joy in helping leaders unlock and realise their full potential. With a lifelong interest in the arts, art therapy and experiential learning design, Leesa infuses a healthy dose of creative thinking into her coaching and facilitation style.
Leesa’s own lived experiences navigating mental health, burnout and recovery offer Xplore clients a trauma-informed lens, in shaping healthy and sustainable workplace behaviours.
