Lisa has over 20 years experience in diversity and inclusion, human resources, and organisational change and development.
She has worked with leaders to devise D&I strategy, goals and supporting actions, implemented inclusion initiatives, and developed initial and longer-term responses to Black Lives Matter and race discrimination. She has credible experience in D&I governance reporting, preparation of board papers and providing market research for boards and executive teams.
She is the host and presenter of the popular podcast ‘A Dog Called Diversity’, which showcases personal stories and explores various themes relating to diversity and inclusion.
She passionately believes that the business world needs more diversity and inclusion to drive business innovation and results, while providing a place where everyone feels like they can belong, contribute and have a successful career.
She has learnt a lot from working in big, complex, challenging organisations. She has primarily worked with global and multinational companies in logistics, distribution, insurance, manufacturing, and engineering and project management consulting businesses. Her employers and clients include Coca-Cola Amatil, P&O Ports, MRC Global, Worley, Lawyers on Demand, Credit Suisse and Kantar.
Having lived and worked in Australia, Asia, the UK and New Zealand, Lisa and has delivered multiple diversity and inclusion coaching and facilitation work, change management programs, and leadership development across global markets.
Lisa is certified in various personality and team assessment tools and holds a Masters in Organisational Coaching (Sydney University) and a Bachelor of Business (HRM) and Bachelor of Applied Science (Queensland University of Technology).
