Lyn Holt has had a diverse career path which has given her a broad range of skills. After studying fashion design in New Zealand, Lyn began her career as a production planner. In 1986, she moved from New Zealand to Australia where she managed the administration for a fashion house in Perth, before moving to a training role teaching stockbrokers to use financial information software. Her next move was to Singapore for her husband’s career, where she took time to raise their three children.
In 2008, Lyn joined Xplore for Success initially in a support role, before assuming the role of office manager in 2010.
Lyn has strong administrative capabilities and problem-solving skills and enjoys the flexibility the role affords. She believes that everyone should have the opportunity to develop professionally and achieve their career objectives. In her spare time, you will find her at the gym, outdoors, or spending time with family, friends and the family dog.
