Partnerships Manager and Online Facilitator
Sophie Coleman has had a varied career path allowing her to develop a broad range of skills. After studying a Bachelor of Arts (Communications) majoring in public relations and marketing, Sophie worked in various hospitality management roles, living and travelling both in Australia and overseas.
On her return to Sydney in 2003, Sophie re-entered the corporate world initially as an executive assistant to a very busy non-executive director, then as acting general manager for Chief Executive Women (CEW).
In late 2005, Sophie attended an Xplore Career Resilience program and then commenced consulting with Xplore supporting our operations.
She lives on a farm in the lower Hunter Valley and demonstrates flexibility by utilising the power of the online learning environment as an online facilitator. Sophie continues to lend her event management expertise and skills to our Xplore events as well as managing our external partnerships.
Sophie is passionate about flexible work arrangements to enable work–life integration, creative online learning and equity of access to career development for all.
